The ITC Customer Service Check is a free consultation for our service customers. We take a look at your current working method with ARCHline. In short, we raise your current situation. The collected information and data are then evaluated by us, analyzed and documented the potential to be developed. In this evaluation, concrete topics and recommendations can be found again, which have proven to be useful from a practical experience for an increase in performance with ARCHline. In the course of this, you will receive an offer for tailor-made, individual training, compiled from the topics of optimization.
This activity now lasts a few months, in which we addressed the topic customer by customer and were also able to carry out this service. The feedback is enormous and many training courses have been held to the satisfaction of the customers. The duration of the recommended training averaged 4 hours. In this relatively short time you will learn and apply possibilities that you have not thought of before, or simply have not taken the time to deal with them.
